adding more days? : GYM

currently i am doing 1 day of upper, legs and chest. is it worth adding two days of either of them. maybe two upper and two chest.. is it worth fitting 30mins cardio every day im at the gym??

my routine is


bench, situps, bumbell fly and press


squats, barbell lunge and deadlift


pulldown, shoulder rows, bicep curls, triceps, lateral row, rear deltoid and hammer curl.

is doing chest and upper twice a week a good idea. will ity leader to faster results and faster muscle/ fat loss or should i stick to 3 days instead of 5.
