So I have this bump on top my shoulder joint and I know it’s my collar bone but it doesn’t hurt or anything and I think I injured myself in the gym like 4 months ago. Idk if I should be worried as it doesn’t hurt at all or feel weird , feel like it’s not detached but the ligaments are stretched abit. Should I focus on chest for abit to try to pull down the collar bone for support
