I (m/17) have been going to the gym for half a year and I’ve built some muscle, but I also have a little bit of fat.
I skipped gym for 2 weeks, because of some major exams and I’m getting back tommorow. Before i stopped going to the gym i went 3 days weekly for building muscule and one ore two days weekly i ran for weight loss.
In 3 weeks I’m going on vacation with my class. What’s the best workout plan that will help me loose some fat and build more muscule. I don’t care how intense it is since I’m free of school.
