Yo, im 1.85 m tall and weigh around 122 kg and i have a severe case of beer belly. Im not looking for a flat 6pack i just want a flatter shape on the belly so my question to you guys are: Whats the best excercises to achieve this? I deadlift(170kg max) and squat (122.5 kg max) and i try to do some casual core excercises (bird dogs, plank and glute bridge). My diet isnt the best, i recently became a father so i put on some kg during the pregnancy and i try to think about what i eat, but it isnt easy with a hectic schedule. Counting calories isnt exactly on the table right now and even so im not trying to lose weight, only redistribute it. I go to the gym 3 times a week.
