Ab/Core routines I can incorporate into my workout? : GYM


I’ve been going to the gym daily for a few months now, generally I do about 15 minutes of core/ab work every workout, a variation of incline sit ups, planks, side planks, hanging leg raise.

I am however just doing these exercises on the fly, I don’t have a routine for core workouts so I don’t think I am training my core as effectively or efficiently as I can. Could someone please recommend a routine I could follow for my core to incorporate into my workouts? Thanks
