Hey! I’m a 26 yo girl average gym user. I received unsolicited advice regarding bicep curls at the gym today as I don’t go all the way down. I responded with that is due to me being double jointed and it would get painful going all the way down. But it had me thinking, is there a way I could work all the way to going all the way down without the feeling my arms are about to crack? I feel like I have to workout twice as hard for my biceps since I don’t do a “full” curl. I don’t want to hurt my joints, but I could fight through the discomfort and strengthen my arms where I can do it I feel it would be worth it. TIA!
