There’s this one guy I always see there and he brings an entire bottle of a sugary drink. I don’t see the point of using sugary drinks to keep yourself hydrated when your in the gym. It’s not like it’s even diluted juices. It’s just a bottle with coke in it which seems strange to be drinking during a workout after using the treadmill. I don’t know.. Maybe it’s just me and I’m being arrogant. What do you think?
