I’ve been a member of my gym for a couple of months and I’m very confused with what I’m doing. In one hand I want to train and become great at calisthenics, on the other hand I actually want to develop some strength and muscle.
I have had a free weight routine developed by a trainer and I’ve been using the bodyweight recommended routine from here on Reddit.
My wonderings is whether to carry on with the recommended routine and see where that takes me (it got me to bodyweight dips) or go back to the free weight routine.
This has also been bought on because my cardio has dropped and I had time in my free weight routine to work on cardio.
