I worked out for about ½ a year now, and I had Huge gains in terms of wight I can take.
I also lost a bit of weight / fat like 6 kg, I did the 18/6 diet where i only eat from 12:00 – 18:00.
Now i kinda lost intreset in this and wanted to start bulking, I was wondering if I should do that or if its better to lose more weight. I am probably between 20% – 24% body fat.
