So I have this friend who I often go to the gym with and I noticed something really odd the other day. We were doing bicep curls on this one machine where you can manually insert weights. Im not super strong by any means, plus I'm only 5'4 so I usually stick with a plate (45 lbs) and 10 pounds. However my friend, who is much skinnier than me, albiet a lot taller, put on nearly 4 plates and repped that shit like it was nothing. Keep in mind his arms are hella skinny. So does having longer arms make it easier to do heavy bicep curls or what cuz I'm flabbergasted.
