If you are purely into hypertrophy, how many sets per week is recommended per muscle group .
I’m into a 3 day full body routine and for each of those sessions I incorporate 1 compound (usu 3 sets) and 1 isolation (usu 4 sets) per muscle group. That’s about 6 exercises per session. Takes me about 1.5 to 2 hours to finish. Is this too much that its already killing the gains?
