The other day I was chatting with a dude in the gym and throughout conversation, I was mentioning I have been struggling to gain weight my whole life, and I have been 120-130 pounds since high school. I am now 30. He highly suggested synthetic HGH, but after reading on it, I’d rather not, too many possible side effects. I looked up natural ways to increase it (Fasting, Arganine supplement, Velvet Bean supplement, raspberries, etc, list goes on) I’d like to give it a go over a period of a few months, but before I do, I’d love to pick your brains and hopefully hear from someone who knows more about HGH and if it’s something that could help me gain weight, or generally get bigger.
