Hi all, im posting here out of complete frustration.
So im new at the gym (its been 8 weeks now at my new gym) and im ready to properly tackle my diet. However i cannot get my head around what to eat.
Calorie deficit is obviously needed. I know that however im on the bigger side (100kgs) and the amount of protein needed seems so much. (1.6 grams per kg?) Im so confused. Ive reasearched and reasearched and i feel im now at the point where im completely over thinking what to eat and not eating enough.
Does anyone have any advice/macro suggestions or even a book/website that is straight forward?
