as someone who was naturally a very healthy weight with a natural hourglass body shape, i neglected going to the gym or doing any exercise apart from dance for my whole life.
i got into a relationship and gained some “happy” weight over the last two years. but a few months ago i got into a car accident and was left with severe injuries, i had to quit dance and it’s doubtful i will ever be able to dance the way i did ever again. the weight has piled on and i’m very, very unhappy with my appearance.
my physio gave me the green light to start going to the gym, and i want to know which machines/exercises will help me shed some pounds, whilst keeping that hourglass shape i used to have. even diet wise- any help would be appreciated.
