Bench stuck at 150 : GYM

So my bench is stuck at 150lbs 3×10. I’ve been doing 3 by ten for a while now and I’ve suddenly been stuck for the last month.

I recently switched to Dumbells and added some different exercises but I really miss the bench are there any other bench variations I can do to help me break this slump instead of just switch to DB’s or something else for a bit?
