What muscles should I focus on? : GYM


Just trying to see if there’s any lagging muscles compared to the rest that I should focus a bit more on. I’m 6’1 205lbs. Maxes: 235lbs bench 15 dips (bw) 50 lbs (DB) overhead press 15 pull-ups (bw) 175lbs barbell row 45lbs (DB) curl 365lbs back squat 365lbs deadlift 155lbs reverse lunge 2 min plank
