Why do I struggle so badly with squats? (Even on a Smith Machine). I do legs 2 times a week, I can do lunges (60lbs), leg extensions (180lbs), leg curls (125lbs), leg press (360lbs), calve raises machine. My legs are decently defined too.
But when I use the smith machine to do a squat, my legs shake so much with only 50lbs. I can barely do it. I have no idea why my squats are awful.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Note: I use to be able to do Squats back in the day but only 135lbs (not smith machine).
