The change I need? : GYM

21 yrs old, 6’3, 212 lbs at 14.5% BF, about 173 lbs of muscle mass

I want to take my physique to the next level, while increasing strength. I’m aware that my shoulders and legs are underdeveloped. I’ve been seriously lifting for about 3 years, but as of recent I really started to get better and better with my diet/training, I didn’t nearly have as much knowledge as I do now from when I first started..

I am aware that everybody reacts differently to different diets/training routines. I’m thinking of trying different diets and macros to see what happens as well as training.

I work a full time job and try to bulk like this:

5 eggs, oatmeal with peanut butter and frozen fruit


8oz chicken breast with white rice and whatever other good carbs I can throw in

Going to the gym 6 times a week doing push, pull, leg, I’m thinking of changing it up to where one day I do heavy weight then one day where I do high reps lower weight. I need to change something, whether it’s my training and/or my diet. Like I said. I want to put on as much mass and strength as possible.
